Q. What are your payment methods?

 

A. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal in addition to Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay are accepted. Square securely processes order payments.

Q. What is your shipping and returns policy?

Q. How can I confirm that my web order was placed successfully?

 

A. Upon completion of your order, an “Order Confirmation” page will be displayed, and you will receive an “Order Confirmation” email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your Junk/Spam folder and if an email is not present, please call 917.382.0830 or email info@yetzerstudio.com for further assistance.

Q. How much will I pay in taxes here in the UK (or other foreign country) for merchandise?

 

A. Yetzer Studio cannot advise on custom charges and applicable fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information on duties and import taxes.
